Featuring our signature blue meters, AP1 gives you access to your music library in a simple yet elegant interface inspired by the line of McIntosh audio equipment. Depending on a song's file type, the meters will accurately respond to the music level. AirPlay technology is included so you can wirelessly stream your music to an AirPlay compatible speaker system, like the McIntosh McAire.
Tap the McIntosh logo at any time to access additional features including a history of McIntosh and a dealer locator so you can easily find a showroom to experience a legendary McIntosh system firsthand. Amazing
Cool, lightweight app for playing music. Love the VU meter. Audio better than Onkyo HF player and many others! Outstanding player. Note: if you play .m4a (apple lossless), the lockscreen widget won't work. Let's hope for an update, though this doesn't bother me lot. Thank you for this app!
Only skin of original player (with bugs)
Unfortunately, the player didn't meet my expectations. Sometimes the level meter doesn't work and indicates only volume changes. When working the needle doesn't move fluently. In opposite of the original player I am missing the possibility to group tracks by albums. there are also drops in sound when minimizing (by home button) and maximizing the app.
Although the above mentioned the skin is pretty cool. Thus 3 stars.
