Not reliable to backup photos

A tried to leave Dropbox and to use OneDrive to backup photos from my iPhone but it is not reliable, always some photos are missing there, in contrary to Dropbox. Moreover it crashes again and again during photo uploads... So at the moment, I do not recommend to use Onedrive to backup photos...

Why does take so long?

The app needs over a minute to start after the recent update. Thought that it was hanging at first.
