MiSentinel offers organizations a complete solution which enables them to manage lone workers on customer sites, scheduling and protect their lone working personnel and monitor incidents in real-time by gathering multimedia data (image, voice, all activity log) with signature fields and admin/customer can view real time reports with their customer account.
MiSentinel mobile application will be used to get alerts, messages ,reports in real-time for staff lateness or absence, staff tracking, their check-in, check-out tracking. And if a user fails to check-in safely after lone working sessions, the MiSentinel will initiate an alert, which will be instantly received by the control room as a pop up alerts and notification.
