Sent on impact, seen on mobile!
When an incident happens, the dash cam will automatically save the file to the event folder and send footage to the MiVue™ Pro app via WIFI in real-time (WIFI video backup function won’t consume your 3G/4G data, it uses point-to-point transmission technology).
Live View and video organizer
Click “Live View” to adjust horizontal level of the camera before installation. Videos will be categorized by date and type (Normal, Event or Parking mode folders).
Set up your dash cam through the MiVue™ Pro app
Change the settings and format the memory card of the dash cam directly through your smartphone.
WIFI OTA (Over-the-Air) update
Use your smartphone to download and update the firmware, speed camera data and voice versions without having to withdraw the memory card. (Downloading data will consume your 3G/4G data, the update settings may vary depending on the different dash cam models).

Software problem iPhone 13 pro max
Hello. Iam iPhone 13 pro max and iOS 15.2
I can camera MIO 792 Wi-Fi. Application MiVue pro not function with this phone. Not connected phone with camera. Thank you for repair application.

Location
After Mio responses to other users, that the app has been updated wrt the location services I have given it a shot. What an unpleasant surprise finding out that to pair your phone with the cam you need to provide your location!!! HUGE, HUUUGE fail! Why on Earth would Mio need customer location to allow them to pair the devices?! HUUUUGE FAIL by Mio. Knowing this before I would have gone with different cam brand… totaly useless feature, useless app with such location info collection… not recommended to anyone.

Hi Mio Customer, Both IOS and Android requires the location to turn on when connecting the device to APP via WiFi.The app needs your phone’s location turned on to work properly.
