Much worse than before

The new app was no improvement at all!! Very confused navigation, cannot see the previous classes, only the number… waiting list not visible… the graphics is not nice… I could go on… hopefully will be improved soon!!

The new version of the app is quite horrible. Nicer look&feel but the functionality is not there. E.g. It shows you “upcoming bookings”, however, those might not be just real bookings but also sessions where you’re on a waiting list, which isn’t relevant. You also see yourself as “going” in the timetable even though you’re still on the waiting list. When you manage to get into the class, you still see yourself also on the waiting list, the only fool-proof thing is the email you get. Haven’t seen a more user unfriendly app in a while.

You also see yourself as “going” in the timetable even though you’re still on the waiting list. When you manage to get into the class, you still see yourself also on the waiting list, the only fool-proof thing is the email you get. Haven’t seen a more user unfriendly app in a while.

Whereas the design change was nice, it works worse than before. You do not see from the upcoming booking if you are confirmed or still on waitlist. Not even from the lesson details - you need to click on the list and scroll all the way down to see if you are already in there or still waiting. Adding reminders to calendar does not work properly anymore. It was better before. And what does this rating mean? It's it the lesson instructor or the lesson itself? If lesson then globally, in this club or that particular timeslot? Please fix it🤦🏻‍♂️
