I am using the app from its early days and so far was satisfied with it. Unfortunately now I updated from v4.x to v5.x and the app got completely unusable on my iPhone X. Everything got really slow, the app startup takes considerably more time, making a new record takes also considerably more time. Before the update it took several seconds to make a new record, now it takes by guess 10 times more time. It got unusable at all for me as I am getting annoyed on how much time it takes. If it wont be fixed with next update I’ll be forced to look for another alternative. I am giving rating of 4 stars for the reliable service in previous years and hope it will be fixed asap.

Horrible mess after change of bank connections

Theapplication was never perfect,but last week they changed the bank connection provider and introduced new feature (that frankly should have been in place since the beginning ) - merging bank accounts . This feature works in very weird way, which even as IT analyst and developer can’t explain. You merge your bank accounts and select a date when you split the new and old connection transactions, then you check you account balance and you are very surprised. You have to play with each account 15 minutes or more and when it finally shows good accountbalance you think you won. No. After a minute your bank account shows negative amount 😨 also if your old connection had some bug and showed wrong amount (which happened sometimes and then it somehow corrected by itself), now you are stuck with it, because you can’t refresh it and can’t edit it manually 🥶As cherry in top, your old bank connection transactions will be visible only until March?! Guys seriously I spend too much time with manual editing, this app has become a joke

Few months ago I finally bought this app because they have started supporting my bank. Now I am disappointed because it isn’t working properly. Payments aren’t synchronised with my account (bank: 20 transactions, Spendee just 10??!!), if I transfer some money between my accounts which I have connected with spendee, sometimes Spendee are not able to find this amount on the second account but it is there!!! This is problem because if is not marked like a payment between my accounts, the app calculate with this amount like as expense and then all graphs and balance is for ..... there is also others points for big movement ahead. The numbers in the app are really for nothing and it is the reason why I am not using this app... :/ I hope the Spendee team with TERRIBLE support will repair it asap because it’s app with big potential.BTW. I sent the e-mail with the question on May 14 and you sent me the answer 6 June. 22 days waiting for forwarding my question to the R&D, nice... Today is 7 July, it is 48 days and I dont have an answer yet. I am very disappointed...
