Description
This app provides you with services and useful tools to get the most out of your connected appliances.
For example, start your laundry cycle remotely, find information on care labels and advice on how to clean and keep your garments looking like new for longer in our Care Advisor.
You can register, connect, monitor, control and update your connected appliances, browse accessories and consumables in our web shop and get advice on how to keep your appliance clean and efficient.
The app also gives access to tailored information and services for your appliance, trouble-shooting and of course your appliance manual – you can also get in touch with us for support.
We regularly update the app based on feedback, including new functions, bug fixes and general improvements.

Dobrý den, dovolujeme si Vám odpověď v lokálním jazyce. Dle kontroly je rozšířena nabídka programátoru v aplikaci stále dostupná. Požádáme o kontrolu, zda máte instalovanou nejnovější verzi aplikace a aktuální operační systém zařízení. S pozdravem, team AEG
Poor layout and showing another failed device
Washer screen is half down outside card area and app is showing another washer as “device with failed registration”. Another thing is first setup process like connecting to device’s wifi and after configuration of connection need app to connect your phone to home wifi and return back, but app does not detect this step. No confirmation button, nothing.
Real rating of this app is svrap which is not user friendly and not tested by developer. Looks like someone should be fired.
Is this only bad joke from premium brand like AEG? Can’t belive. All our kitchen appliances are from your company and now we buyed new washer with a bonus of smart connectivity… Not smart.
Helpful app with small issues
There is a form that will help you set up washer/dryer based on the clothes you need to wash. However it says “don’t use dryer” for every single thing, which seems to be an issue with the app rather than actually meaning not to use the dryer. Otherwise the dryer would be totally unusable
