My Renault application has been redesigned to offer a richer and more intuitive user experience.
This version provides a better layout of information and available actions for your vehicle through a completely revamped dashboard :
- Simplified overview and access to the main sections of your application
- An enhanced charging experience with clear tracking and status updates
- A new visualization of your vehicle while it's charging.
For customers with multiple vehicles, you can now access your virtual garage through the vehicle icon at the top left of the dashboard.

Very poor, too much behind competitors
Especially with EV cars. I have a Zoe and this application update car data rarely. You cannot rely on it and rather unfortunately go to your car and check what is says on dashboard. Very limited remote functions available. Integration with Home Assistant works, but backbone of this app and system are unrealiable and very slow :-(
Charging switch off
It is not possible to switch off charging during progress. The switch button is light green and doesn’t work. This is very important functionality which shall be available. With all other applications I have come across it works.
