The myAudi app connects your Audi to your life and gives you innovative functions & services for greater convenience as you drive.
The fourth generation of the myAudi app is now even easier to use and provides even more convenience every day. The new version marks the start of a continuous update process that will gradually revolutionise the myAudi app with an intuitive and user-centred interface.
The vehicle dashboard is the start of this process. It has been significantly simplified on the basis of customer feedback and visualises information such as the vehicle status in the form of cards. The new quick action drawer has the most important vehicle functions, which are always just one swipe away.
Get real-time information about your vehicle at any time and keep a constant eye on your fuel tank level, driving range, service appointments, warnings and much more. Plan journeys in the app from the comfort of your own home and send destinations and routes directly to your vehicle. You can also remotely adjust climate control and open/close vehicle doors. (The availability of services may vary, depending on the model and equipment of your Audi)

You must register on myAudi to use the myAudi connect services. The availability of services may vary, depending on the model and equipment of your Audi. The myAudi app is provided by the importer for the applicable market. See the app legal notice for details about the importer.
Some functions depend on third-party providers and may not be available without restrictions at all times or in every country. We recommend a flat-rate high-speed data package to use our services – the applicable costs depend on your contract with the network operator. If you do not have a fast enough data connection, you may not get the full benefit of the features. Please also note any data volume restrictions imposed by your mobile service provider.

Hello team.
I want to start saying that the app is a good plus to have some basic information about the car on the palm of your hands, but as a foreigner living in a non English speaking country it is kind of complicated to use the app. I would like to see the option to have at least English as a second language to choose from, regardless the country you are in.

Made cars, not apps...
Well, Audi is a fine car maker, but that is probably all for now. 21st century is something they apparently try to ignore, because their approach towards ensuring reliability of this app may not be described by words admissible to these reviews. But this
might be too harsh rating for the app itself, since the problems are rather on the IT infrastructure of “connected” services. Is it normal that servers often crash just before weekend, so that comfortably resting Audi IT crowd does not make any remedy until Monday? Still glad that car goes without being connected to internet, but nothing more - navigation targets, remote control etc. is just nonexistent... would anybody use e-mail client if emails just stopped regularly going in and out for two days?

A very expensive car should have a good app!
Unfortunately, this application is not good.
I don't understand if Audi have not the money to pay good programmers, but this app was done by a bunch of amateurs from school.
To clarify the problem, I will also write the car I have - the Audi Q7 E-tron
1) communication of the application with the car sometimes works, sometimes not. I didn't figure out where the problem was.
2) when I want to turn on the independent heating, the application sometimes responds for more than 1 minute, but sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't. I just point out that there is a SIM with enought data lmit in the car and the car is usually fully charged.
3) Unlocking / locking the car takes at least 10 seconds.
4) Restoring the condition of the car in App takes at least 10 seconds, sometimes 50 seconds!
I don't understand why such a company like Audi is not able to make an application that works without problems.
Hope it will be better in next version...
