I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I signed up for the free trial but never actually used the product at all. Despite that, I was automatically charged for a full annual subscription without any real use or benefit.I immediately requested a refund within the stated 30-day money-back guarantee period, which should make this a straightforward case. However, instead of resolving the issue, customer support has been unresponsive and is delaying the process. They even attempted to push communication to a phone call, which is unnecessary and inconvenient, rather than handling a simple written refund request.This feels like a deliberate tactic to discourage customers from pursuing refunds. For a company operating in the EU, this approach raises serious concerns regarding consumer rights and fair business practices.I strongly advise others to be very cautious. If you try the free trial, make sure to cancel well in advance — otherwise you may end up in the same frustrating situation.Very poor customer service and a highly negative overall experience.

Very bad UX: I made the test but in two years when I want to access the results, there is always "results are being generated" error -- so, e.g. you don't open the app for two months, then you open it, but results are not available -- only next day they could become available. I don't understand this approach.
