Do you want to organize your visit to the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and discover all the contents dedicated to you and the points of interest? Download MyPompeii, the official app of the Pompeii Archaeological Park

How to log in.
You can access the application without a ticket and discover all the points of interest in Pompeii.
By accessing the application with a ticket, you will be able to take advantage of additional content. In this case, you will be able to access:

• By scanning the QR Code or the barcode shown on the ticket
• Manually enter the order number shown on your ticket

Application functionality by signing in without a ticket.
The Map feature allows you to discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. For each point of interest, you will find descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Exhibitions and Routes feature you will find our suggestions for visits, such as dedicated exhibitions and routes.

Application functionality by signing in with a ticket.
All information about your visit will be available within the application, for example, the QR Codes associated with your ticket.
The Map functionality will propose the tour with all the points of interest that can be visited within Pompeii. For each point of interest, you will find audioguides designed for adults and children, descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Explore area of the map, you can discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Hire real developers to fix the app

Dear authors, hire some UX engineers to explain you how apps should be made.
Your app:
- is unresponsive, i.e. slow like a hell
- the audio stops playing when the screen is off, wasting phone battery as the screen needs to be on all the time
- if your phone is set to lock automatically after e.g. 1 minute, the audio stops too
- if you hear in the audio “if you look at the map, you see its triangular shapw” and you open the map, not only the audio stops when you navigate to the map, but you have to start listening it from the beginning when you go back to the audio “player”

I’d be interested if anyone took their iPhone and tried to use it on the site as a part of user acceptance testing. I doubt.
Please fix it – or is it so bad on purpose so people hire professional guides instead?

The money you spent for developing the app is wasted. It’s useless. Sorry to say that.

Slow, terrible

Dear authors,

If the app stays in recent conditions, it would be better to delete it. It is incredibly slow, not working properly, instantly returning to consents and You have to click through to the main menu… I was upset during my visit of Pompeii.

Perfect

I can't complain about the app. It has everything from QR codes of our ticket, to virtual map of Pompei. It's easy to use, very user friendly. Standard language options and many more! Happy and satisfied.
