Great content, but app crashes

N-Photo has a great content, and it covers wide range of topics. However the app is having constantly problem with issues already purchased via iTunes. Tried to solve with the helpline, but no success, only general suggestions like uninstall- reinstall.
Decided to withdraw and requested the money return from Apple. Unfortunatelly...
