Baaad
The app is unable to remain on page. It's keeping reloading every second. Please fix the bug. It's impossible for using.
Unreliable
The app was just as disappointing as the websites- which the app referred me to anyways. It kept glitching and constantly refreshing. If you want to be absolutely certain that you have your tickets, book them ahead so you have time to deal with technical difficulties. As for the provider- your tangible service is relatively comfortable, though it gets overshadowed by the technical deficiencies.
