Horrible cust. support

The login doesnt work on my iPad and I have been trying to solve the problem for weeks now without success. The customer support answered just once, only to give me my login details. These I have been using before and after that and never being able to login. So, I paid to access the TNR content on my iPad but didn't get the chance to read a word.
