Well...

I really like this app and use it since February. BUT starting iCloud sync without asking should be probably planned better: I have just realised I lost all my data between Sep 2 and Oct 31. I guess it is caused by syncing with my iPad which was not up-to-date, but I did not ask for any syncing at all.
