The app works very well, never had a real issue with it. On my first journey I thought I couldn’t return the bike, but the app just needed refreshing and didn’t charge me even though I went over 30 minutes (returned at 29:40 and the app wouldn’t show it until refreshed).

The bikes are clean and in good shape. I once came across a malfunctioning bike and easily reported it after my journey was over. The bikes are also very comfortable to ride and come with easily switchable gears, a basket, and coat protectors.

My only grievance is that the two stations near me are often empty, currently for two weeks straight. It seems everyone takes the bikes here and leaves them at the Hbf (50+). I was hoping they would be redistributed by now.

The app and service are great for the most part, but some technical “nightmares” can arise. Despite non 24/7 call center, the support is very reactive even out of business times, when issue reported from the app. My main concern right now is the fact that the “Start reservation” button linked to my PREVIOUS rented bike is jumping on my screen when I’m about to rent a new one. So yesterday, I tried to push on the QR scan button to rent a bike next to me, but the above mentioned button came in and I accidentally unlocked my previous bike, remotely! Then there’s no way to lock it again, since it’s a mechanical process. And you are responsible in case of theft or damages at that time. Please, developers, fix this issue! Thanks. Seems to me we shouldn’t be able to unlock a bike remotely at anytime anyway… Or is there a use case for that?

UPDATE: Reinstalling the app solved the problem I reported above. :-) Still, is there a reason to keep that “remote unlocking” feature in the app?

I am satisfied with the application (only it would be better, if info about areas, where you can leave the bike, would be marked in a clearer way), state of bikes, their placement in general, all the small practicalities.
Love that you don't have to photograph the bike, because it saves time, but also understand and respect, that this might be making it harder for maintenance.
And most of all, I am excited about the contracts with Lítačka and ISIC, making this one of the regular city transport types for me, now almost every day.
