For example, NIVONA offers its customers a small short manual with videos via app for the first commissioning and the first purchase with their new machine. Important tips on the use and cleaning of the machine as well as the coffee itself are also integrated in the app in video and text form. And since NIVONA attaches great importance to customer service, the app's versatile service aspects are also convincing.

2 cups instead of 1; accessibility issues

In the latest app version, an important bug has occurred. When confirming my recipe in the Coffee preparation, the machine makes one cup, which is unexpectedly and immediately followed by another one. The app has major accessibility flaws for VoiceOver users. For example, settings and connection buttons on the main screen are not correctly labeled. The VO user only gets buttons with no labels. Accessibility guidelines by Apple should be followed.

Not working on latest iOS, basic app to prepare coffee

But even before You have to connect to coffee machine and than you can start preparing settings for your coffee. But it is slow and all the things you can set up on coffee machine dosplay faster than through this app.
This app will make sence when you will be able to prepare coffee settings before you will go to coffee machine and than connect and start coffee...
