Not working in China
I have spend one month in China and ive bought premium for this app, but on my laptop it didnt work at all and neither on my phone most of the time.. most of people who i was talking with said its very good VPN but probably not in China. I couldnt use my laptop all the time and I could use my phone just cause I downloaded more VPN apps just in case....

Almost impossible to cancel a subscription, no money-back
I've purchased NordVPN for a month for a business trip and then canceled my subscriptoion (I was thinking so).
But a month later I was billed again, so I've revisited the subscription page and realized, that I didn't finish the whole process (5 confirmations that i want to cancel, then click a link in email).
Canceled the subscription, requested a refund as it was billed by mistake (which is totally fine in such situation in other services), but no money, no refund, no money-back policy.
I have a great feature request: you made almost impossible to cancel a subscription, so just remove the cancelation at all. Once a person subscribed once, he'll pay forever.

Internet connection breaking
A couple updates ago (approx. 1 month), I experience on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) an unstable connection. I have tried all settings possible but the internet breaks or doesn’t work at all. And the VPN connection even with auto-connect on disconnects when I turn off the screen for a few second and then reconnects when I turn the screen on. With bugs like these it’s unable to use daily and makes it very unreliable app. Please do something with it and fast. I have prolonged our deal for a reason and this is not it.
