Nothing work correctly

Did you ever test it? I’m developer and I have understanding for some errors, but this app is like bunch of student write app and deploy it in production without stress test and without some sort of UX testing, it’s annoying when you lock your phone and after few minutes player want load from start of program, on Prima channel I want to throw my phone from window cause I can’t go when I stop watching, and this is one from big list of problems witch I have, I’m sad for that and more disturbing is that o2 don’t listen and I’m talk about only mobile app, TV app is garbage too

Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble with the app. Try to reinstall the application and clear the data (in the application management on the phone - O2 TV 2.0. - Storage - Clear data - Clear cache) or contact us at aplices@o2guru.cz, please indicate the service number and date of birth and information on which device you are having trouble and we will check the situation. No streaming

Why to create a TV app and not to include option to stream the content on a TV. Would not be easier and more comfortable to watch the content on a TV than on much smaller mobile phone. Would not be easier and more comfortable to select a movie or a program to watch on phone and then stream it to a TV instead of fiddling with a TV remote control to select or search for what to watch?

Burn in hell!

As an experienced IT pro with a master degree, I wasn't able to complete creating an user account within half an hour. The creator of your user sign up process should burn in hell where he would be required to indefinitely complete your stupid forms. And I almost forgot - 99 CZK fee (for some stupid courier?!?) to complete a registration to be able to give you money?!? 😂😂😂

Hi,
I'm sorry if your registration didn't complete. There is a charge of 99 CZK for the courier when you sign up for a flat rate O2 TV. No courier is sent with the prepaid package. The prepaid package can be ordered here: https://www.o2.cz/osobni/televize#tabs-a183803-a183807.
