Check yourself

Great tool to realize how many times a day you open up a specific social media. Plus you find yourself many times not being able to respond with a reason **why** you’re opening the app, so you don’t do it.

Lifesaver

This app allowed me to establish a healthy relationship with social networks. If you feel like deleting social networks completely is not a solution because of your work or other reason, you have to give this app a try.
