Terrible and ignorant support
Guys you are doing a good job tech wise, but horrible support earns you bad reputation. It is the 2nd time I am writing a negative review because of support, as I see no improvement since my first compliant a year ago. Your competitors are doing better job on customer support. However you brag about providing 24/7 customer support, nobody answers the queries , the messages are literally ignored or neglected. Bad of your support team

I dont know too much about this app I transfer some time and today I send to my friend and this app want me take the photo of my id card I do it and then this app send me to the some steps I don’t know so I log out now I can use the app 😭

It was perfect when it started and now it’s almost useless
You guys really had a solution that was perfect but more attention has been given to growth and not the product itself. Apple Pay won’t work. It hasn’t been working for almost 3 months even with the update. The app crashes at every chance it gets. The website works okay but it isn’t as convenient. This is the typical cycle of all these apps so I guess it’s time to start looking for a new one.
