I am beyond frustrated and utterly disgusted with the so-called "Free Flow" toll system in Italy, particularly the Pedemontana Lombarda. This is an absolute joke!The idea of a modern, efficient free-flow system, eliminating toll booths and promoting seamless travel, sounds fantastic in theory. However, the implementation by the Italian authorities is nothing short of a complete and utter failure, demonstrating an astounding level of incompetence for a system designed to collect money from millions of travelers, including tourists!How can you promote a system that is fundamentally broken?! I've wasted countless hours trying to pay for a simple journey from Como to Milan. Their website (apl.pedemontana.com) is practically unusable on mobile – it's an absolute nightmare of empty screens, non-responsive buttons, and constant errors. Is it 2005? Because that's what their mobile site feels like! And don't even get me started on the app – it's barely better, riddled with bugs, and clearly not designed for international users.It's a disgrace! You expect people to pay, but you make it virtually impossible to do so through official channels. Instead, you create a system so convoluted and poorly executed that it forces people into a situation where they either risk fines or spend an insane amount of time trying to navigate a broken interface. It's almost as if you want people to fail so you can issue more penalties!This isn't about collecting tolls; it's about sheer incompetence and a complete disregard for the user experience. Fix your system! Make it functional, accessible, and user-friendly, especially for tourists who are trying to comply. Until then, your "Free Flow" is nothing but a frustrating, time-wasting trap. It's an embarrassment for a country that relies so heavily on tourism.
