SATUSEHAT Mobile merupakan transformasi serta pengembangan dari aplikasi PeduliLindungi yang akan menjadi gaya hidup baru masyarakat agar #TetapSEHAT dan #MakinSEHAT.
Melalui aplikasi ini, masyarakat akan mendapatkan layanan kesehatan terintegrasi sehingga tidak perlu membawa rekam medis saat berpindah fasyankes karena berobat jadi lebih satset (red: cepat dan gesit).

Doesn’t work
When I try to register, I get the verification e-mail later then in 2mins.. So it’s not possible to register this wat. Also verification through What’s App doesn’t work (no message recieved).

Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly try periodically should you encounter problem during registration or logging-in. You may use your active phone number (that is connected to WhatsApp) or your active email address to register an account in PeduliLindungi. Can't log in
After the last update i got logged off the app and can't log back in since. It doesn't let me make a new registration either..

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding your problem, please log out of the application and log back in. If after that you are still having problems, please clear the cache on the application. We are constantly working to improve the performance of this app to make it easier to use. Thank you
Not approval
I am waiting more than one week and still not approve. I tried to communicate via what’s up but for nothing it is also only robot.

Please be informed that should you have registered your vaccination data through PeduliLindungi, kindly wait as the verification will be done by the local embassy for foreigner (Indonesian will be done by Kemenkes).
Please make sure you are fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Register yourself on the PeduliLindungi app or through website pedulilindungi.id and complete your profile. Click the following link https://dto.kemkes.go.id/blog/entering-indonesia-will-need-no-ehac-and-get-temporary-green-status-for-30-days for more info.
