Serious Bug
The game is great and I play it almost daily, I’m a Pokémon fan and have played this game for around a year, however, I recently found a glitch where I can make no micro-transactions or even use the in-game currency in the shop. It puts me in the pokeball loading screen forever and I have to reset. Really annoying since I can’t even claim the daily reward.
Never use your real money
Hey guys, I play this game since 2016 with little break and I have to honestly say, before dealing with “support” I was in love with the game itself. I put money into this game because of corona to keep up with raids remotely like every other day and I had to because of so many bugs and problems in game itself lately. I buy the Pokémon coins to be able to battle remotely raids even tho we stay home and safe. And sadly - with all game issues lately you are able to make like 1 raid clean with 3 passes you buy. So basically you pay 5 euros for one raid. And when you ask for refund thanks to so many bugs constantly and problems with game at “support” they refunded me ONCE one pass. And then claim they can’t no more refund. So yeah, my advice is. Don’t put your own money into this game so you don’t have to get mad over loosing them so many times. Thanks for reading me. Simona~
Bugs, limits, news
Hello, i play this game since 2016 and i see it getting worse and worse.. please Niantic save your game and make it playable again! I t was so good! I remember going outside with friends and having fun batteling and catching.. but now.. game crashes so much, biggest limitations ever just i fight gyms just for few XP and what? No pokecoins what the hell? Please set the daily limit 3x bigger or when someone battle gym keep the limit but let me receive the pokecoins another day not never. I strongly know you dont read this and gonna destroy this game forever.. but please dont loose your players just for mistakes, listen to people what they need.
