Description
Welcome to „PRE.Charge“, an app from Pražská Energetika, a.s.
This app brings the public charging infrastructure to a new level.
In this app you get an overview about or public charging stations PREpoint, including an intuitive navigation to a specific charging station. You can choose based on the charging power, connector type and the current availability. All of this is presented with pictures of the actual charging station for a better orientation at the place.
You can save your preffered charging stations in „Favourites“.
Thanks to the app you can track your statistics.
For the non-registered customers there is an one-time payment possibility by „Scan and Charge“ function.
„Charge.PRE“ wishes you many kilometers and an electrifying ride.

Utter nonsense, complete disregard for customers. This is literally 2021 with not even a hint of support.
Terrible!!
Future development needed
When you start charging with the chip I would expect that it is also charging and statistics visible at app live.
Also when charge is done (plug out) I would expect that based on charging few more details are visible in summary of charge (total cost for budgeting reasons, maybe few statistics about the charge).
Ok start of the app with a lot area for improvement as I can see on customer service side, onboarding experience, and app overall experience. Also numbers available for customer support on charging stations I tried to call but do not work or at least when I tried to call it did no work.

Nesmyslně komplikovaná registrace, kdy musíte čekat na potvrzující e-mail několik dní, aby vám to stejně pak napsalo chybu.
