Description
RB klíč je aplikace od Raiffeisenbank, která vám umožňuje bezpečné a pohodlné přihlášení do internetového bankovnictví nebo Vám usnadní potvrzení pokynů, které chcete provést v internetovém bankovnictví. Dále vám RB klíč umožňuje bez návštěvy pobočky provést obnovu přístupů do aplikací Raiffeisenbank pomocí dokladů totožnosti a biometrie.
Platby můžete jednoduše autorizovat pomocí otisku prstu nebo skenováním obličeje, další operace pak potvrdíte PINem v aplikaci RB klíč.
Technické požadavky
Aktivace aplikace je podmíněna bankou nastavených oprávnění v internetovém bankovnictví.
Aplikace je k dispozici pro iOS (verze 13.0 a novější).
Jak to funguje
Pokud se chcete přihlásit do internetového bankovnictví nebo v něm provést platbu, na obrazovce vašeho mobilního telefonu se zobrazí „oznámení push“, tj. krátká zpráva se shrnutím transakce, která vyžaduje vaši autorizaci.
Po kliknutí na tuto zprávu se aplikace RB klíč automaticky spustí a zobrazí se všechny podrobnosti o podepisované transakci. Transakce můžete podepisovat, i když vaše mobilní zařízení je momentálně bez připojení k internetu.

Custome experience: When you need the app, it’s not working
To be fair - I never had an issue with the app so far. And if I needed to process my bank transactions, I could use the good old sms-gate. Guess what? The sms-gate did not work (tried 2x)... so, I chose the online RB-key app again. Unfortunately, this time, when I really need it to work, I cannot push my payment thru. Though the app seems to be doing what it should, it is “signing” when you press sign and I even got a thank you confirmation screen showing the transaction main details. However, I should have probably 🙈printed/saved the screen some place safe, as now I have no proof that the actual bank transaction happened. The account does not show the amount (should be deducted).
If (as it just happened to me) the amount you supposedly paid from your account and signed by this app is not deducted from your account “online” where is it then? Will it happen later?? How long should I wait to figure out the status quo???
Digital age with medieval integration... sorry guys - this is a huge nuisance for the end-user.

System bug
Everything worked perfectly for a couple of months till a moment when app started to claim that activation is not done, though it was in active status in web-based internet banking. Since then, the only advise from bank was to reinstall the app, which just commenced new ordeal as original activation cannot be deactivated in the internet banking. The only way is to visit a bank in person and hope they can figure out what happened. Very disappointing indeed.
