Thoughtful and deeply engaging
This game elegantly balances gameplay between a humanitarian tech tree and suppressing rebels who seek to undo all your good efforts (at least you think so). Rebel Inc. tubs on many different ethical strings; do you spend very limited resources on health, anti-corruption and education, or stockpile weapons and soldiers and enlist the help of warlords.
Levels difficulty is also nicely balanced. It feels achievable to win your first game after downloading, but difficulty quickly ramps up to become a hellishly hard challenge that’s hard to put down.
Highly recommend this game and congratulate the developer.
Easy to learn, hard to master
Though mechanically it’s similar to Plague, it’s more tactical and responsive to your immediate choices. Although the depth and consequences aren’t quite well explained, after a couple of missions it clicks and unravels the variety. Hopefuly it will get the same care and more content as Plague. This’ll be definitely the one to stay in my phone for a very long time.

I have been possitively surprised by it. I have just played one game so it is hard to say but the game is fun. Some things could be explained better, for example how the drones work but maybe it is included in manual. Also UI could be more visualy pleasing. But overall very good game.
