Ratings and Reviews
Lots of improvement
I would have previously given this app an 2 or 3 stars and I still think there are a few issues, but they have improved the app experience a lot! Ordering from the app has gotten more consistent and searching and buying tickets has also gotten easier. I still think the ticket number system for logging in is a bit confusing and unnecessary. But besides that, I've been impressed by the updates.
Horrible app
You never know if you will sit in direction of the travel or not. It is absolutely unpredictable. So if you have problems with sitting backwards good luck. Money was withdrawn from my credit for service I didn’t order or used without my knowledge. I filed form requesting my money back, no answer so far. I guess I will have to wait full 30 days for them. On top of that approach of train personnel is very unprofessional and most of them look like they are forced to be there. Shame because I loved company since they were established but now I have to go for companies and use Regio only when there is no other option. It is sad. App itself was not improved in years regardless poor rating.
Love the app
I once went on a journey to Pardubice hl.n. from Prague main station. The train went on time even ahead of the schedule and the service was amazing. In 3 minutes a stevard was checking our tickets, then 15 minutes before stopping in our destination we asked for a dessert. It came really quickly! It was delicious. I would recommend for yall to travel with RegioJet. The seat cost 82kč and was really comfy and silent. Chargers worked enough room. Amazing! 5 stars easy to use.
