Easily the worst transport service I've ever used
There is a super high chance that you won't be able to search for connections and even higher chance that you won't be able to buy your ticket even if you selected your seats and everything. And if you're lucky enough to get the ticket, for sure you won't be able to order any food even if you try 20 times for 30+ minutes during the journey.
Oh yes, and they tend to randomly cancel carriages a night before your early journey.
But at least they're almost always late, so you don't have to hurry to catch the train.
Cant order food in app
I could not order food in app (It was way recommended in mail with ticket), I was told by train personnel to use some website instead which worked but only for first order. So I am uninstalling app and will never download it again. Also next time I will choose different train company iff possible.
When paying food on website I have to fill card info... all eshops now use apple pay or google pay and I have to fill card info... in train... around strange people???
Wth is this made for
Why do you have to order the food via app???
Complete nonsense. There is week connection. I was trying to order something for like 30 minutes. First download, then find ticket number in the mailbox, then trying to proceed to the order with a bad wifi or internet( obviously cause you are in a train). Long story short- I was still unable to order anything, cause there is an error all the time.
