Description
Rekola: move quickly around the city on a shared bike
Rent a pink bike anytime you want. Ride for as long as you need. Then lock it anywhere within the designated area for the next rider. This is proper bikesharing!
How can I rent a bike?
You can easily register just on the street or you can use the account you already created in the past. To start a ride, scan a QR code on the basket of the bike and the bike lock will open automatically. You are ready to go!
How much does it cost?
It depends on the city – prices start at around 1 EUR per ride. You can get an unlimited number of rides for up to 30 minutes with a Rekola subscription. The app will always show you the current price. Or just take a look at www.rekola.cz/en for the pricing.
Where and when is possible to rent a bike? And how can I return it?
You can rent Rekola bikes 24/7. Simply pick the bike on the street, unlock it via the app, and ride. During your rental, you can bike and park in bike racks anywhere in the city. When ending your rental, the bike must be locked and returned within the pink area (the zone) shown on the map.

Very enjoyable!
I never biked much, not until I dicovered Rekola. I love the idea of easy travelling through the town with a healthy and efficient way! I had a bad expirience with a bike only once, and I can forget that, because otherwise, it was absolutely perfect! 5*
It's alright
We get the first 15 minutes for free in our city, which is nice, but it would be nice to have more spots to park the bikes. But that's probably just up to the city regulations or something.
Compared to there bike sharing services in other countries this one is far behind. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Hellobikes and Mobikes from China... Anyways, there aren't many bikes around when you need them, but it's kind of a good thing too, because the bikes are not cluttering up there city.
Cannot return bike
Buggy app. When return bike it often takes more then 5 minutes, during this time you constantly restart the app, hoping that this time the return button will work, you will be able to take a photo and the app writes you about succeeded result. It’s really annoying. In the evening support does not work, and the only way to return bike is to use the application.
