In 2013, I created this app to control my Mac Mini connected to a big-screen TV in my living room. In 2016 I quit my job and became an indie developer, and now my sole focus is on building my apps. The app has been downloaded more than 2,000,000 times over the years and has favorable reviews.

SECURITY
The app uses standard security measures like HTTPS to communicate and only works on your local network. Whenever an unknown device tries to establish a connection with your computer, the app presents a dialog for you to choose to allow or deny it.

UNLOCK PREMIUM FEATURES
Remote offers two subscription options: yearly with a free trial and monthly, and a lifetime one-time payment option. Prices may vary by location.
If you upgrade to a Premium subscription, Apple will charge your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple will charge your account for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription, where applicable.

An amazing, useful Remote app
Now, I’d like to recommend to everyone this app. I have been using it for a couple of days and so far no issues at all. I am pleased for the value. CR has offered me 50% discount and the app is available on both of my phones and I can control two of my laptops. I am really happy I don’t need to use any more physical remote control, able to control only iTunes practically and other music software. With remote plus I can additionally control applications, including switching the computer off, putting it to sleep and browsing Internet, and I didn’t explore yet the mouse functionality yet, so I may review this update in coming weeks or months. Best wishes for your purchase and for the app further development.
It’s like a multimedia….remote
I’ve had this app for months or maybe years now to think of it and it works so well. Just now lying sick on a couch having my MacBook plugged into an external display and I can comfortably control the MacBook without having to get from under the sheets. What more can you want? It does so much, from sleep through basic controls such as volume, brightness etc to using your iPhone as a mouse. 10 out of 5, thank you
Actually works.
This app really works! I use it to control Netflix when projecting on the wall from my MacBook which is a bit far from me. Works 100%, it even automatically controls the correct Mac when I switch them - magic. Love the widget too.
