I can only recommend this bank corporation till today… i dont understand why my request for a payment link doesnt work properly.. I know there is a limit for 250£ per week to pay by card.. but i didnt exceed the limit for at least 14 days.. so what’s the problem?! I using plan Metal for 5months in a row and Revolut cannot properly monitor the limit and thus ensure the normal operation of the application.. Today in morning i receive 1000 Czech crowns and it work’s fine.. and since I already encountered this problem a few days ago, I tried how high an amount I could enter to pay normally by card, and it was 5,000 Czech crowns. So why i can't make a payment link for the remaining 4,000 Czech crowns without need of sender’s registration? Repair it please, cuz its got me very mad…Edit: I must say that guyz from Revolut react very fast and do they best to help solve my problem with payment link. So im very grateful for such support, and fast reaction! I can only recommend !

Just really bad service.

The service just does not work.There were many experiences with revolution on my part, by far most of them negative. I used revolut mostly for traveling, and it is a terrible service for that. In a good many countries it straight up does not work, the card is not coming through on in many shops, and it is impossible to withdraw from a good deal of ATM. The app also does not work, with many times I tried to pay something on-line, the payment approval request just straight up did not show up, even though I have tried multiple times with multiple cards. I then had to exchange the money back for my original currency, and I incurred a loss due to that. So many times I needed to rely on revolut, and it just left me hanging. After raising a couple of the issues with them, the answers were always the same. Wasting a lot of my time trying to "help" me rectify the issue, which never worked, and when such did not work, refuse to reimburse me, citing that in their terms of service they say that the service is not perfect and might not work, and therefore they are not obliged to reimburse me. Just jokes all round, really. I hope you may have a better experience, but I have lost hundreds of dollars with revolut, just sending the money there and back, not even counting the countless hours of trying to rectify the issue. Anytime they say/write that, they just seem to look nice, and like you can get help, when in fact, they will just squeeze every last penny off of you they can.

Dirty tricks with "free" premium.

There is a promotion for free premium for 1 month. After this one month period, you will be charged for the following month right away. That is fine, no complaint here. BUT you will also be charged cancellation fee that is unreasonably expensive (worth of 2 months premium) when you try to cancel at this point. In their premium terms&use they say cancellation is free if done withing 14 days. That is probably true, but its not true for this scenario with free promotion. The trick is the starting date for the premium subscription is when you start the free month. And after one month is over you cannot get a free cancellation. Because its has been more than 14 days. If you want to cancel then, you will basically be charged 3 months (1 for following month and 2 month cancellation fee). I hope this helps people from getting their money sucked by Revolut by this dirty trick. The best way is to never use their "free" promotion. Or just cancel it right away. Another thing that makes this review negative - you cannot see your account number anywhere in the app. All you can see is IBAN, but thats not the "normal" account number. Apparently there was a way to show such account number in older versions. Sadly, its not possible anymore. Points down.

Worse with every update

The last version is “improved under the hood for even smoother user experience”, resulting in the broken Cryptocurrency tab. Yep, if you have more than 3 different cryptos ( i personaly have 10), it only shows you the last three. It stopped showing the amount and percentages of gain/loss of your whole crypto portfolio. It only shows the total value, so in case you dont remember your baseline, you cant even calculate it yourself.Hey, at least it updates again the portfolio total value in real time, which was proudly broken in the previous update and you have to walkaround it by repeatedly jumping into the detail view of any cryptocurrency and back again, just to see all the pending portfolio values to be showed rapidly and then stucked again.Oh, i could use the inbuild Help function, right? Well, no, doesnt help. So the official Twitter account, right? Not helpful at all. The issues started on Friday 4PM my time, the official account went from “thats not possible, try reinstalling the app” through “have you tried filling a ticket in the build-in Help?” to “our customer support is stucked with tickets”.Hey, this is not damage control, this is controlled damage of your support outsourced team to give an false impression of action.It is Sunday 2AM and the app is still broken. Oh and if you check the official Revolut system status page, everything is nice and green and unicorns.So if you wondered what it would be like when Joker and Penguin started a bussines - it is Revolut app.
