The best bank I have ever had

I’ve been using Revolut for quite some time now, and I must say it has truly transformed the way I manage my finances. The app is incredibly user-friendly, and I love the real-time notifications for all my transactions. The ability to hold multiple currencies in one account is a game-changer, especially for someone like me who loves to travel.

One of the standout features is the ease of transferring money internationally at the best exchange rates. It has saved me a lot on fees and exchange rate markups compared to traditional banks. The security features and the option to freeze and unfreeze my card instantly provide peace of mind.

Overall, Revolut has become an indispensable tool for me, both for daily expenses and international travel. Highly recommended!

Force to submit response

Don’t tell me you are truly sorry, you are not. Since it is nearly impossible to contact support and completely impossible to decline submitting preferences in the app, I have to write a negative review here. You may argue that I do not have to, that it is a free choice. I will reply that my free choice was taken away from me, and that is why I must post my experience here. The application forced me to choose an option of why am I using the app. While I understand that it could enhance my experience with the app, I disagree that the feedback should be forced on users. That is why it is called preference. I get to choose if I want to submit the answer or not, I get to choose if I want my experience enhanced. Instead you clocked my account to my money, unless I provide you with preferences. I do not have time for quizzes when I enter my banking, and had to choose random answers to access my account. There is literally no justification for forcing me to submit the answer and blocking me from using the app. Now, based on my random selections I bet I will get recommendations I don’t new, which demolishes completely the whole point of this activity. Summary: this makes me think that management of the bank takes poor decisions and developers of the app do not have their own opinion or do not voice it or do not care or are ignored. Either way, it makes me doubt, if using revolt is a wise decision…

Dirty tricks with "free" premium.

There is a promotion for free premium for 1 month. After this one month period, you will be charged for the following month right away. That is fine, no complaint here. BUT you will also be charged cancellation fee that is unreasonably expensive (worth of 2 months premium) when you try to cancel at this point. In their premium terms&use they say cancellation is free if done withing 14 days. That is probably true, but its not true for this scenario with free promotion. The trick is the starting date for the premium subscription is when you start the free month. And after one month is over you cannot get a free cancellation. Because its has been more than 14 days. If you want to cancel then, you will basically be charged 3 months (1 for following month and 2 month cancellation fee). I hope this helps people from getting their money sucked by Revolut by this dirty trick. The best way is to never use their "free" promotion. Or just cancel it right away. Another thing that makes this review negative - you cannot see your account number anywhere in the app. All you can see is IBAN, but thats not the "normal" account number. Apparently there was a way to show such account number in older versions. Sadly, its not possible anymore. Points down.
