Not for tourists
The app is not in English and the UX is not that great. It takes a lot of time before you find out that without local simcard it's all useless and you'll need to get some coins for the on-street parking meters.
Bad
Previous version called StarPark was working good. This is useless. No English, GUI stucking... I have no idea how to solve this.
