App not working: problem solved with the helpline
The app was downloading the content for ages. I tried to reinstall it, but now I can’t even log in. It continuously says “something went wrong, try again later”. I tried via mobile data and via wifi, always with the same result.
After placing the review problem solved with the helpline. All works perfectly now. The helpline got back to me very quickly and they proactively helped. The app works now without any problems. Thank you

Just terrible
This is the least user friendly app that I have ever seen in my life. None of the products are nicely categorized and it’s impossible to browse and to navigate through the app in general. It’s so frustrating. The fact that when you open a category you have to swipe through the products is just unbelievable. Terrible!

Not working with mobile data only
When I have an access to Wi-Fi everything seems to be working but when I use mobile data it is logging me out and that showing a message that application is not working in my country.
I am not able to use it properly, or use any of my vouchers

Thank you for your e-mail but it seems that you are using mobile data outside of the Czech Republic. Unfortunatelly you cannot access our app if you are outside of the Czech Republic or use other country´s mobile data.
We would like to add that our app ROSSMANN CLUB is only applicable in the ROSSMANN stores in the Czech Republic, you cannot use it for shopping in any other countries.
