Finally a decent IOS Rally game
Having played a fair number of racing games over the years, and these days the vast majority are free to play, but require to you spend lots of real money if you want to actually Win.
Rush Rally 3 is not free, you must pay a small up front fee. But once you have payed that you are rewarded by an excellent racing game, which is a lot of fun. There are a few in-app purchase to unlock more cars (which you must then buy with in game currency) and tracks. I will happily pay for both once I exhaust the included options.
I have been playing it on the hardest level, and can say that is is a challenge to will races, either the multi stage rallies or Rally Cross stages.
Playing the game on an iPad with tilt steering gives you good control over direction, but you have just on off controls for brakes, acceleration and hand brake. I’m not sure if these will be progressive with a controller, if so it would give even better control over the car.
I don’t own a MFI compatible games controller, so can’t review the game with that. I am very tempted to buy one to play this game however.

Best racing game out there. Hands down. Awesome physics, amazing car handling and insane level of customisation making it feel like an actual PC release. Set the resolution of the game, turn shadows ON or OFF and feel free to enable or disable anti-aliasing or even post processing. Worth noting that it runs stable at 60 fps even on older devices. Beautiful looking environments and great overall gameplay! 5/5
