This product and app are dangerous!
This monitor and app are good for nothing! If I was depending only on Sense U readings, my daughter wouldn’t be here anymore. Temperature readings seems more like guessing. After checking with thermometer those readings were all nonsences. I have got like milion allerts about slow breathing but than it missed real sleep apnea! That was signalised by our old undermatress monitor, which saved our daughters life‼️ Than I forgot to turn it off while I was changing diaper and it did not even realized there is no baby at all. It still gave me some nonsence numbers of breaths per minute and temperature 🤦🏻♀️ Could be just problem in the app (as I have no base station) but I do not care if the problem is in the device itself or app, it is not working!

Hi, Clary, we apologize for any issue you might be having! For the breathing and temperature alerts, please make sure you have clipped the sensor onto your baby's diaper correctly. Maybe you can reinstall the device's battery to check again. Could you send details of what you are experiencing to our customer support at support@sense-u.com? We'll get you up and running.
