Excellent

Thanks for the version 2. I am pleased with how the app works now, even on an older iPhone. Well done. Granted, there is a learning curve because the app is completely overhauled, but I think this new version is more intuitive than the previous S’Hail. Also, the Dubai public transport system is a very complex one so it’s no small feat to make an intuitive app IMO. Thanks again

Used to be good

Used to be handy helper with navigation through Dubai but after several updates it becomes lagging, it’s now hard to navigate inside the app and it is not even showing a real prices of transportation!
Yesterday the app showed the marine transport from bluewaters to Marina Mall should be 5Dhs but we ended up paying 7Dhs (it’s not a devastating difference but still..this should be more official so you can plan your Nol card balance)
