IMMERSIVE GAMEPLAY
You will fly in fully recreated cities with realistic weather in places like UK, US, Egypt, Russia, Norway and Germany. Pick your weapons wisely as you’ll have to take out targets both in the sky, over the water and on the ground during a fun to play campaign. Test your take off skills and land on both ground runways and carriers.

HUGE HISTORIC FLEET
Fly highly detailed WWII top fighters, bombers and dive-bombers. Enjoy the progressive damage system affecting planes and shred your enemies to pieces. Customize your favorite plane with historically accurate skins or a skin and color scheme of your choice.

HUGE COLLECTION OF ONLINE and SINGLE PLAYER TRAINING MODES
Play with your friends online! Choose between cooperative and competitive modes: Survival, Last Man Standing, Last Team Standing, Free Flight, Free for All, Team Match, Capture the Flag and Defend the Base.

GAME CENTER and iCloud

Great to see Romanian Atypical Games still making premium sequels to their classics with strong single player! A little strange they felt the technically most advanced Sky Gamblers - WWII Storm Raiders needed a further perfection and not the more outdated WWI Rise of the Glory. It's like tuning a new BMW instead of repairing broken Skoda. I'd go for the second option, but nevermind, as this actually still is on of three top iOS game events of 2018. Graphics: on "medium" a level up from SR1, even if not to console quality (only saw medium graphics). Prettier and more detailed scenery, better airplanes. However menu graphics somehow dropped. Performance on older devices still great, iPad Mini 2 can even play medium graphics just with some lesser occassional lagging. Gameplay: basically the same, but a little more realistic and thanks to better airplanes/smoke/fire/explosions graphics with much more realistic feeling. Dogfights will suck you in much deeper. Planes: Similar range as in SR1, but with more specific parameters expressed in numbers. Single player: Glad they didn't drop it, still pretty wide, but campaign a little shorter (just one with 12 missions) and NO dogfight missions with specifiable enemies:/ Big mistake, ideal short mobile gaming option with specific choice for who you want to fight. A little disappointed... IAP: Just aircrafts, but only 10 Eur for the most expensive pack of all the planes. There is also some coin system for upgrades and unlocking of further hardware, but only reachable through playing, not used to drain your wallet. SO WHAT´S NEW: 1) More detailed and leveled up graphics, 2) A little upgraded gameplay and atmosphere (more realistic), 3) Upgrading system for planes and weapons (without IAP!, just through coins acting as an experience gained by playing), 4) Some new locations, 5) Can change button layout!, 6) A little tighter single player, but from a very wide SR1 base, could have got rid of it altogether so be glad and might still get some new content in future updates (fingers crossed). 7) Graphics options = don't have to be afraid of worse performance on older devices, at most just some graphics compromises. Overal: For those not playing Storm Raiders before it's mandatory, having SR1 is even more of a reason to buy SR2 - must-have for an air combat lover! Overal price (App Store plus whole content through IAP): 15 Eur
