The idea is simple - StepBloc prevents you from accessing distracting apps until you've completed a set number of steps or push-ups. You decide the number of steps/Psuh-Ups you'd like to do before accessing the apps, and they remain blocked until you finish them.
StepBloc will keep you healthy physically and mentally!
