in this update, we added search to AI reflections. so you can just search for AI and you would see all the questions and reflections powered by it.

we've also added a new guided journal for earth day which is coming up on the 22nd, so keep an eye out for that!

apart from that, we're doing some spring cleaning to make stoic faster and more bug-free for you.

Perfect!

There are many apps there that promise to improve your mental health, but only with this one, I found the promise true. Not only does it have journalling exercises for any situation, you are also guided when journalling - I found it obnoxious at first, but trust me, you'll enjoy it, and it actually does help to process your emotions better, you just have to throw away your prejudices and lean into it. You can customize the prompts, you can have a selection of favourites, and the breathing exercises are the best I've ever seen. Love this app, definitely worth it!

Amazing app

I really like the app and the whole concept behind it. However, I found the journaling on my iPhone to be annoying, and didn't really feel like dishing out my thoughts by tapping the screen, eventually stopped using the app in lieu of writing on paper. I have recently bought a MacBook, and writing on a keyboard makes the journaling a less daunting task, and actually a fun activity! I would really like if you included handwritten OCR so that I can integrate some of my long-form journal entries within the app, without having to convert it to text somewhere else, and then copying it in. I personally really enjoy writing on paper, and think that a large group of people could make use of such a feature. (And possibly, non-mac computer is a better vehicle for this app than phone)

lot of benefits , easy to stuck, no friction

I used to journal a lot in the past but couldn't find time nowadays. Stoic. gave me the opportunity to get back to this habit very easily. I love the guided journaling experience with very accurate prompts. Even though at the beginning I didn't like tham I'm journaling on my phone, the vast benefits of easiness which this app provides me wherever I am is no brainer.
Feels like I have more then 24h in the day since started journaling again and being more mindfull and grateful of small events throughout the day.
