All good but Siri is bad

Everything is amazing. It’s just that Siri says that my blinds are not accessible but from TaHoma Somfy they are clearly connected. It’s just bad Siri. I don’t think it’s integration with Siri. It’s just that Apple Siri is not good. I should have chosen Alexa or something different. HomePod is not good enough for this new smart homes.Also this never ending new features landing page is super annoying. Can you let me just use app and don’t bother me with new features that are not that useful anyway?

It's really unbelievable that you launch an app that for some unfathomable reason disables the previous one, and every time you launch it, it starts with a start screen where you have to select your country, click, email, click, password, click, are you kidding me? For one thing, you should have long ago supported Apple and Google login button followed by FaceID or any other biometrics. But logging in like this pointlessly whenever I need to sweat in my room is a real shock. Not to mention the sheer illogic of the controls, which you've already carried over from that previous classic app. Setting the blinds to open or close automatically is an absolute horror in both apps. What's the worst part? English translation. The confirmation button is called Validate instead of just OK or Save. Not to mention the nonsensically small fonts with light grey on a white background. Horror of horrors, sell this to someone who understands UX design.

As an iPhone user, I’m missing widgets to control my blinds without having to open the app. Yes, I can use shortcuts, but its inconvenient. Also, the app restarts often and does not remember where you closed it, so when re- using it, you have to repeatedly click through pages before you get where you were. Lastly, I’d appreciate if I could reorder the blinds as I want to, opposed to them being stored in order in which they were synced, or alphabetical one. Overall, mediocre user experience, but great potential!

Dobrý den, widgety pro detailní nastavení stínění nejsou bohužel technicky možné. Pouze základní povely. Kde se má aplikace otevírat můžete snadno nastavit - zvolte"..." pak "Předvolby a oznámení" a "Výchozí domovské menu". Za Somfy přeje hezký den Honza

Also, the app restarts often and does not remember where you closed it, so when re- using it, you have to repeatedly click through pages before you get where you were. Lastly, I’d appreciate if I could reorder the blinds as I want to, opposed to them being stored in order in which they were synced, or alphabetical one. Overall, mediocre user experience, but great potential!

App looks good and works well. I am missing possibility to set scheduled scene more than 45min before/after dusk/dawn. There should be much wider range in selectbox for example 6h before and 6h after dusk/dawn. Other problem is sorting for example exterior blinds in My home -> My equipment -> Exterior venetian blinds. The order is changing every time any scene is played. Positions of blinds should be static. It is annoying to have different positions every time.
