The app is good, but got trouble with authentication
I used Facebook login a year ago and now the Facebook login does not work anymore giving me error “This application is still in development mode and you do not have access to it. Register as a test user or ask your administrator for permission.” How can I regain access??? Please respond.
Logged out without notification and etc
I have to report some errors based on our experiences. Sometimes, we cannot hear voice of our daughter in phone (volume at maximum), we have to restart the app and then it works. Recording of voice messages doesn ´ t work for 100%. Sometimes our voice is not recorded by push the related button. However we have to mention the disconnecting of app without notification. I was waiting for incomming messages, but they did not come. I found that I was logged out from the app without any notification, the same my husband. It caused that our daughter was calling, it was ringing in daughters ´ watch but phones did leave any notification, not rang.
Watches
After 1 year using, watches of my sin disapeared from application. New pair with watches not possible because watches already his owner (me). No customer support in CZ.
