Insanely Bad App
Obviously, everything about this app is bad and weird. Everything is a mess, the English is weird, the app can hang and become unresponsive. All terrible, whatever, garden variety levels of bad. But this app has hitherto unseen ambitions of badness. They should put the account system in a museum of bad. I can login to the website using my Apple keychain stored password. Using the same keychain login on the app fails. I reset the password from the app. I can login now. The website? New password doesn’t work, I have to use the old one. And they don’t share state. Only the website has my tickets. But both are my iCloud email and I only signed up for one account. Whatever these boys are doing with their account backend, it’s unholy
this just is not working at all
I want to buy a ticket. Not register, not store my credit card info, not share my data. BUT A TICKET. The site has no google/apple pay, so you should to buy tickets like in 90s, thanks not sending you money in an envelope. I do not want to store my information on your site.
But apple pay in app just doesn’t work, it freeze after “payment” and thats all.
If artists ask “why people don’t come to our concerts”, you can be sure because of stupid ticketmaster.
Very bad experience, definitely not an international app
Same problem as the the previous review, want to buy tickets for a football event in US, but I’m not able to because my account is in Czech Republic. I’m glad I didn’t buy the ticket as I probably wouldn’t even be able to use it (so $250 in the trash). Overall experience combined with the web application is really that Ticketmaster is one of the worst services I’ve ever seen. Definitely don’t recommend this service in general (not just the iOS app)

Hello Dytry. We are sorry for your troubles. The app serves only the European markets. BE, CZ, DK, NL, NO, PL and SE have board already, other countries will join soon.
