Fast working APP
Just when trying to realtime monitor my Dog's Tractive tracker there is some delay like at least 10-20 seconds writes first Searching for GPS even when tracker has full signal recieve. Otherwise notifications works as expected according to settings i'm getting notifications everytime my animal leaves fence enters fence etc.
Poor cost/benefit ratio
Since there is no direct contanct to the company i’m leaving my dissatisfaction here.
The gps has poor accuracy in the city. It is explained how it works and why it is not exactly accurate among buildings, but this is very bad in comparison to all gps usage known by using phones, smart watches etc. We are at a technology point, where it simply should be functioning better - or at least that is the user’s expectation for the price of the device and subscription.
Once i needed to use the alarm. After I clicked on it in the app it went to infinite loading, so i decided to switch the app off and then again on. After that the app shows the alarm is off. After hours when i found our cat it was still ringing. I really don’t understand such a bad communication between the app and device.
Last but not least, I don’t understand developers’ decision to allow only one person to have full control and others can be added only as a family member. Why the one person cannot adjust permission to other members?
The price is alright for what we havr looked for, but it seems to me like underdeveloped application which could serve better value for money we paid.

Needs improvement
GPS not accurate, gives approximate location, battery life is not great (why not to build-in the sunlight battery to recharge while the pet is outside?), the built-in light could be useful to find your pet in the dark, but it’s too small and just on one side of the collar, so also compromised between battery life and the light quality... Still gives me some peace of mind after moving with my cat, that he is not on the way to our previous home...
