Barely functioning, ugly non-Mac UI
Unfortunately, as far as Mac apps go, this is a disaster - pretty much nothing works like it should on Mac. Ugly gigantic buttons, weird animations, labels not aligned or w/o borders everywhere etc.
Not transparent
Their privacy policy is extremely vague. Their company HQ address or even company name is not mentioned anywhere. No info about GDPR. No info about where they store user data. No info about how they protect user data. Since the provided information might be very sensitive, especially if you are from certain countries or travel to certain countries, they must be absolutely transparent about data protection. Ideally, they should provide E2E encryption. Although, they do the best to exact opposite are and extremely non-transparent. I like the app, I like the features, I am more than willing to pay the price, but I am not willing to give them such sensitive information as my travel history when they provide literally no information about how they protect the provided data. I contacted them via email and asked for details about data protection and they did not respond. I have canceled my account and removed all data.
