Best iOT app ever

The app offers everything you need to control your iOT device. It’s just perfect.

problematic pairing - nightmare

I have bought 10 bulbs, 2 paired in 10sec, but the rest 8 are almost impossible to pair - wifi signal 100%, speed 500Mbps, no limitations, everything restarted many times, no success

after some hours !!! of investigations, I found out, that bulbs successfully connected to wifi, but Tuya smart app did not noticed it !!! What a very bug in this app, which is not in touch with wifi in high frequency and cloud as well during pairing process it just still “searching”, but in reality it is not broadcasting or do real searching on network at all !!!

when I manually deleted bulb from router list of connected devices, after several Tuay app kills/restarts, it found bulb unnamed and connected finally and let me finish the pairing groupimg labeling process…

This is very bad bug in Tuya app and I claimed several times on support, the only proposal was to claim bulbs, but the bug is in Tuya app, not in bulb itself… hope DEV team will fix it soon!

A rip-off!

The app does not work at all! After numerous attempts I was able to pair one of the two bulbs I purchased. However, it worked just for two hours. Then it turned offline and could not be paired with the app again. I removed the device and added it back, I also deleted the app and started anew. Then suddenly both bulbs connected with my phone, but the next day both of them went offline again. Utterly frustrating.
