I would love to be able to pay separately for my buyings even the month I am supposed to pay for all of them. I get money the whole month (weekly mostly) and I would like to pay for exapmle 3 payments and then next week the next and so on. It’s possible if i pay it the same month but after that, there’s no chance. I dont get why, because that would help a lot.

Twisto takes a type of payment today and tomorrow doesn, then it errors out with no specific explanation, they don’t reply to emails, their chat start button doesn’t show on my iphone model at least.Then you talk with support who calls you without speaking English when you’re obviously a foreigner, explain things to them and they blame your bank because they don’t understand.All the while raking late fees to be told days after with more lates fee that I could not use a card that I always used in Twisto before.To which I replied and never got a reply.Saw myself forced to pay unjust late fees because of their poorly programmed app and their unserious payment platform standards that change overnight.Uninstalling this forever.

We are sorry to hear about the complications, that you had while using our services.We would like to inform you, that support department does not automatically assume customers nationality, so if you call us or we call you, then we at first speak in czech language since our support department is mainly for czech republic but after requesting talking in english, we can mostly still help in english. Unfortunately in this review we are not able to properly look into the situation regarding to GDPR but if you feel like, the fees you paid were unjust or that you would like better explanation of the situation, you can always contact us again and request another look at the situation.On e-mail we usually reply up to 5 business days. If chat button does not work in your app, you can try to reinstall it or use the chat option on our website. More urgent matters are solved during phone calls usually the same day if no other opinion from different department is needed.We believe that you did not recieve an answer for your e-mail because you have called about the issue in the meantime and when it has been solved during the call, the reply was no longer needed.
