Honestly, my worst customer experience ever. This company should immediately stop accepting people’s property, until they sort things out or go out of business. I really hope this ends in court or gets mass media coverage, as UPS is directly affecting people’s lives. Three weeks delay, random disguting lies, zero customer service with robots, outsourced call centers - useless by the way. They just paraphrase tracking and find excuses for delays. Poor website that does not allow customers to file a complaint or a claim. If you manage to do so, they will manipulate it into an investigation only. As a cherry on the top, they faked delivery saying my address was incomplete, then after confronting them about this, they said the delivery was actually attempted, which was another filthy lie, as I was at home sitting by the window the whole day and my house is easy to find, name on the bell, plenty of carriers coming each week. The worst part of this was being absolutely desperate, left with no information with 300gbp at stake and tons of other personal issues caused by the delay and possible losing of the parcel and money. I really wish nobody else had to go through this and the employees of UPS were not the ones taking the heat from angry customers.

Do better.

I never had problem with other shipping companies but with UPS I always had. They told me that my package was gonna arrive yesterday, and yesterday ,IN THE EVENING, they sent me an email that it’s going to arrive today. I still didn’t get any email when it’s going to arrive. Last time when I ordered they told me the package is going to arrive bettween 12-2PM, it came 3 hours later when I wasn’t home. Plus it took them over a week to deliver it. How come when I order from a official website of a brand like Tommy Hilfiger or Vans, it comes to my country within a day, from Netherlands. And you aren’t able to deliver the package in the country within 7 days? That’s ridiculous.

Really bad app

This is just bad app. Funkcions doesn't work, I can't manage parcels, for example address change for parcel wasn't possible and I had to solve it through call center. And event after it was shipped on old address and it had to be changed by driver (he was fortunately nice). Informations about delivery times etc. doesn't work and it wants you to log in every time without any outcome. Simply really bad, please fix it or just don't offer it.
