Worst selling app ever
I downloaded Vinted as I have heard good things about it from people who made their account a year or more ago. Vinted here in Czech Republic used to be a local czech website which used to work good before they bought it. Now it’s the most user unfriendly app I have experienced. If you are to create a Vinted recently, get ready for:
- The only “people” contacting you being bots and scams.
- You can’t contact Vinted support directly, you will be faced with automated answers and you will have to face them A LOT
- I boosted two of my items on Vinted, the transactions said to be successful, yet no one informed me that for some reason I am shadow-banned. So I paid money only to see the boosts myself and no one else.
- I contacted Vinted to ask why is my account shadowbanned and to get my money back with no response.
- At some point after an excessive influx of scamming bots spamming me, Vinted logged me out and I couldn’t log in for over two hours. Upon contacting Vinted i was sent an automated message. Again.
- Every seller I tried to contact did not answer.
-After being shadow-banned for no reason and Vinted not answering me, I had to delete my account and now I am not able to create one in the following three months.
-My friend also created Vinted recently and has been already successfully scammed.
This app is just one big scam out to get your money, they don’t give a crap about your user experience.
I love Vinted but it started to have problems
I have got two accounts on Vinted, because I live in Czechia and also in Poland. The Czech account works perfectly, but on the polish account my messages are never delivered to sellers and I am unable to buy anything, there is just error. My fiancé lives just in Poland, with his account was everything ok but since some time the app got crazy and the location of his account is set to France and cannot be changed, which for me is insane, cause he has never been in France 😂 this is also the reason why I created my polish account, because my fiance's isnt working, but mine neither is 🥺
Missing filter for Countries
I’m using this app for almost three years and I’ve never had a problem untill now. Your app came with inovation to let customers buy and sell from other countries, which is okay expect the fact that customers cannot filter countries, where they want to buy or sell. App has come confusing and there is no chance to control your browsing.
Please, for your own business I encourage you to fix this problem.
